- 1 October
- 1 January
- 1 April
- 1 July
Tips for the application process:
Part I Application => Conversation.
Ensure you’ve worked through the check-list on the Fiscal Sponsorship page.
Ask Dartco as many questions as you wish! Submit the Application, and supplementary documentation.
Complete your application and read through Part II. Ensure you understand the guidelines for terms completely. If not, ask more questions!
When you’re ready or by your chosen deadline, send as much as you have, completing every question or section even if you have to write “not sure”, or a question for the Dartco Board. A “complete” application includes payment.
The Board will review the applications, consider the questions, and get in touch with the applicant to have a “further questions/discussion prior to approval” meeting or an “approval/agreement” meeting.
Part II Signed Agreement and Contract => Fiscal Sponsorship.
At a meeting with the Project and Sponsor representatives, the guidelines will be reviewed again, initialed and the final agreement contract signed and notarized. At this point, the full fiscal sponsorship is in place.
Bank accounts, invoice for membership fees, online accounts, web-forwarding, email addresses, and any other elements to be set up will commence, but not before.
We offer two methods for submission:
BY US MAIL
Download PDFs Application from our website, request by email, or request application to be sent as print copies.
Type or print in black ink, on one sided, letter sized paper, in numerical order with additional documentation clearly labeled and following the application itself.
DO NOT STAPLE or send with paperclips.
Enclose $25 check or confirmation of online payment (payment ID, print screen).
Send to PO Box 157, Decorah, IA, 52101. Attn: Fiscal Sponsorship Application.
BY GOOGLE DOC FOLDER
All files should be saved as PDFs, labeled as specified on the form.
Confirmation of check or online payment of $25 (payment ID, print screen, etc).
Share FOLDER named “Application for FS – PROJECT NAME” through Google Docs with firstname.lastname@example.org, select Can Edit.
Once we have confirmed receipt of your folder, we will download all documents and let you know when we no longer require access to this folder. We request 7-14 days to complete this.
We do not accept applications via EMAIL. Applications sent via email with not be accepted.
Upon receipt of your application, Dartco will confirm by email or mail.Please allow at least 48 hours after 11.59 pm, 1 Oct/1 Jan/1 Apr/1 Jul, of deadlines for this confirmation.
